Meet Jackie "JT" Lloyd—a dynamic Pilates enthusiast, certified Personal Trainer, and unstoppable performer who’s all about helping you reclaim the body you remember without sacrificing your busy schedule. She first discovered Pilates in college, but it truly became a game-changer after she injured herself while touring with Rihanna in 2014, showing her how Pilates could heal, strengthen, and enhance long-term well-being.
Certified by the International Sport and Science Association as both a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Jackie merges classical Pilates with dynamic strength training to create flexible, goal-focused programs you can fit into any lifestyle—whether you have 10 minutes at home or 40 minutes at the gym.
