I'm Jacqueline and before I built JT Studio, I spent years performing professionally as a dancer. In 2014, while on tour, I sustained an injury that stopped everything.
That injury changed the way I think about movement entirely.
During my recovery, Pilates became the method that put me back together, not just physically, but structurally. It taught me how the body actually works when you train it with intention rather than just intensity. I became obsessed with understanding it, and I never stopped.
From that point I trained formally, earned my certifications, and spent years teaching, from exclusive studios in Los Angeles to online platforms reaching people across the world. But something was always missing from what was available.
Every platform I encountered was either overwhelming or under-structured. A library of classes with no method behind them. Random workouts that kept people busy without ever making them consistent.
So I built what I couldn't find. A platform designed around how people actually live, not an ideal version of their schedule. A method that compounds the more you show up. Training that is intentional, efficient, and genuinely effective.
That's JT Studio. And it started with an injury on tour that taught me more about movement than anything else ever has.

After over a decade as a professional dancer, certified instructor, and personal trainer, I've learned one thing above all else: consistency isn't a motivation problem. It's a systems problem.

JT Studio is built to remove that friction. Every class is intentional. Every minute earns its place. The structure keeps you consistent without making consistency feel like a job.
