None at all. This program starts from the very beginning — Week 1 covers breath, posture, and core foundations before building into anything more challenging. If you've never done Pilates in your life, this is exactly where to start.

Yes — completely. Pilates is not about how flexible you are. It's about learning how to move your body well. Every move in this program has a beginner modification so there's always a version that works for exactly where you are today.

Between 15 and 36 minutes. They're designed to fit into a real morning — short enough to do before the day picks up, long enough to actually make a difference. Four classes per week, plus one optional recovery or stretch class.

A mat, light dumbbells, Pilates ball and a mini band. That's it. The Intro to Props guide walks you through each piece of equipment — what it does and how to use it — so you're confident with your equipment from the first class .

Yes — and I encourage it. Pilates and strength training are technique-driven. The more you repeat a class, the more your body internalises the movement and the more you get out of every session. There's no badge for rushing through.
